Now with this, Russia may declare war on Ukraine for refusing to pay back their debt, although they most likely will let them know in advance, giving them notice, or they may just pull a Blitzkrieg, and just legally invade, and claim all of Ukraine for payment. This may fall under International law, when a country fails to pay back another country. who knows?
